Atul Satya Koushik is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated with honors in commerce from the esteemed Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and also holds a degree in law from the prestigious Campus Law Centre of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has been active in the profession of Chartered Accountancy since August 2011 and is one of the founder partners at T S K & Associates.

His expert areas include direct taxation (both domestic and international), internal audits, corporate advisory, company law matters and project reports. He has represented many clients successfully before various direct and indirect tax authorities.

He is also active in the field of professional education and is the guest faculty for General Management and Communication Skills Classes (GMCS) at NIRC of ICAI. He has the experience of conducting corporate training session for various professional and government bodies such as Competition Commission of India, Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Central Univ. of Bihar etc.

Vinay Sethi is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated with honors in commerce from University of Delhi. He has been active in the profession of Chartered Accountancy since January 2012 and is currently working as a partner in T S K & Associates.

His expert areas include providing business solution in various areas such as Accounting Advisory, Business advisory and reporting services. He has to his credit experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Limited Reviews, Certification and Due Diligence etc. He has served many reputed organisations in the profession of Chartered Accountancy like Lodha & Co. as Assistant Manager.

He has gained versatile exposure of consultancy and assurance services to large companies like Polyplex Corporation Limited, Jindal Power Limited, Modi Care Limited, JK Tyre & Industries Limited, JK Paper Limited.

Hardeep has over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audits & Assurance, Tax Laws, and Corporate Finance. He has served clients across the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Singapore, and India. Notably, he has contributed his expertise to the prestigious Ernst & Young.

A Commerce Graduate from the University of Delhi, Hardeep successfully completed the esteemed Chartered Accountancy program from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2012). Additionally, he holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from IFR-ACCA-UK (2013). His commitment to excellence is further reflected in his certification in accounting software, demonstrating his dedication to staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

His extensive experience spans diverse industries, enabling him to provide strategic financial solutions tailored to business needs. He specializes in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and financial planning to drive organizational growth. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. Hardeep possesses in-depth knowledge of globally recognized accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books. His proficiency in these platforms enables him to streamline financial processes and optimize business outcomes effectively.

Sagar Dhingra is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong professional background in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial advisory services, including bank audits, statutory audits, internal audits, GST consultancy, income tax planning, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and ROC compliance. He holds prestigious academic and professional qualifications, including Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

With hands-on experience across diverse industries, he specializes in helping businesses and individuals manage their financial, taxation, and compliance requirements efficiently and effectively.
